Counselling - Becoming informed through books...

If you wish to improve your quality of life, are looking for help with life, marriage, career and so on, counselling and/or psychotherapy may be an option for you. However, some find the thought of going into counselling frightening or traumatic. For others it is the fear of stepping into the unknown that stops them seeking counselling.
